Judo Black Belts don't come easy, years of training and competition lie ahead if you want to get your Judo Black Belt. And if you are looking here, you have achieved something special, and you want that special Judo Black Belt. Getting a black belt in Judo is merely the start, and as you will discover, becoming a 1st Dan in Judo doesn't have the same standing as in other martial arts.

The journey to black belt is shorter than most martial arts, but once you get to black, your training and competition suddenly gets a lot tougher, and subsequent gradings longer and harder. You still have to earn Judo black belts, but earning your 2nd, 3rd and 4th Dans will certainly be no easy task!
