Groin Guards

Groin protectors should always be worn in all sparring, be it practise or competition. These can be worn over or under the trousers, depending on the style, and will provide a level of protection way above not having any protection at all! People do feel they don't need them, until they get kicked, then wish they had worn one! Serious injury can occur from a kick to unprotected groins, it really is not worth the risk.
