Shin & Instep Guards

Shin & Instep Guards are a great way to protect legs and feet, and are especially good for karate and kickboxing. Comfort is important, and so is reliable fitting, so you aren't constantly stopping to re- adjust the fit during tournaments. Ergonomic designs give additional protection to calf muscles and knee caps. Shin * instep guards are more often used in Karate and Kickboxing, as they offer great protection from blocks to the shins or feet in sparring. Many shin & instep guards are separable, so you can wear just the foot pads or shin pads in isolation, depending on your circumstances at the time. Even when used as separates, protection is not compromised.
