Breaking Boards

Breaking boards are an essential training and demonstration tool in many martial arts. Our breaking boards come as either breakable wooden boards, which are single use, or re-breakable boards which can be "broken" over and over again. Re-breakable boards are available in 3 different thickness, with the thinnest ideal for kids and the thicker options for adults and older teenagers. Re-breakable boards are good for learning the right techniques, as you do have to hit them in the right place to make the boards break. Padding of the boards helps protect hands and feet from injury.

Wooden boards are available in 4 different sizes, again the thinnest is great for younger children, and the thicker ones for older kids and adults. Wooden breaking boards are supplied in packs of 10, so are excellent value for money. Wooden boards are often used for gradings and demonstrations, and are a great confidence booster.
