Focus Mitts

Using focus mitts in martial arts training allows students to practise hand, feet and eye coordination, a useful aid when it comes to sparring. Work on favourite combinations, and learn new ones, and therefore increase your repertoire of strikes and kicks. Focus mitts come in two basic designs, straight or curved. Straight focus mitts are good for regular straight punches, back fists, palm strikes and other hand techniques and for most kicks.

Curved focus mitts are designed for more boxing style punches, especially upper cuts, but often the preference is purely down to the customer. Both are equally good for a whole range of techniques, for hand and foot, and make great training aids for instructors. Focus mitts are available in leather and PU, offering customers a good choice to suit budgets.
