Shipping & Returns
Shipping starts at just £3.49 for our smaller items. Postage costs depend on the weight of the goods ordered, but will be no higher than £8.99 for the heaviest orders. First class option is available at £9.50 total for any order. First Class orders will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Interlink, depending on weight of parcel.
Royal Mail First Class Post
We offer a First Class Royal mail option for all customers wishing to receive there orders quicker than the usual standard post of around 3-5 days. First Class Post is not a guarantee of a next day delivery, although 99% of Royal Mail First Class deliveries do arrive the next day after posting. Orders are generally processed and despatched within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends).
If you require your order on a Priority, please indicate this during the checkout process using the 'comments' box and will will endeavour to ensure your order is dealt with accordingly. If your item is temporarily out of stock, we will then ship your order on a Priority as soon as it arrives. You can also call us on 02392 299378 prior to placing your order so that we can advise you on shipping etc. Please note: All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
KWON, DANRHO, ADIDAS and other NON Black Eagle brands
Whilst we do endeavour to keep everything in stock, it is not always possible to do so. We have regular shipments arriving on a weekly and sometimes twice weekly basis, and therefore we are often only out of stock for a matter of a few days. If you order on a Priority basis, it is not a guarantee your order will ship same day. If your order is urgently required, please contact us so we may do a manual check taking account of the orders we are already processing.
Whilst we endeavour to hold stock of all our products at all times, this is not always possible. We place orders regularly on our suppliers, but in some cases, it may take 7/10 days before we receive stock to satisfy orders
We keep a wide variety of items in stock but not every product in every size, if your required item(s) are in stock then they will be packaged and posted to you the next available working day. We regularly order stock from our suppliers, depending on demand. Usually we can receive stocks in 2/3 days, however, in some cases, this may be 7/10 days.
UK customers can usually expect their orders to usually arrive in 2-5 working days after we have despatched it, if items are shipped from our stock. For out of stock items, we will update you with an estimated delivery time. Occassionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery of out of stock items may be as long a 3 to 4 weeks. In such cases, we will advise you immediately.
Such orders are placed on Back Order, and we monitor these on a daily basis, and will always endeavour to keep you appraised of the delivery times. Customers who cannot wait for any delivery are entitled to cancel with a full refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Our aim is to hold stock of every item we show on our website, and we are working towards this aim.
*UK Mainland Addresses exclude the following: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scotting Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and any other offshore UK address where a supplement may be payable if your order has to be shipped by Courier.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives at the allotted time, Black Eagle are reliant upon third party delivery companies, and therefore are not ultimately responsible in the event of technical or other problems that our delivery companies may sometimes face. Whilst we will always consider re-imbursements to the customer for failure to deliver on time, we do reserve the right to decline a refund due to problems outside of the control of both Black Eagle and our delivery agents.
Items Returned Due to Non Delivery
Any item returned to us by the courier as a result of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or failing to acknowledge cards left by the courier will be responsible for the costs incurred by Black Eagle if these items are returned as undelivered. All costs incurred by Black Eagle will be passed to the customer in any re-delivery of such orders. If the cost of the returned delivery is more than the cost of the order, then no credit will be given. The customer will be required to make good these costs incurred, before we can re-deliver such affected orders
Please ensure you supply us with a delivery address that is both valid, and where someone will be available to sign for your parcel, if necessary. We use either Royal Mail, or a Courier, depending upon the weight of the items despatched. We will not be responsible for attempted deliveries due to no one being available. In these cases, items can be returned to us if you do not contact the Royal Mail or our courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Where such orders are returned to us, we will impose all necessary costs we incure before redelivering your order.
We will ship to any address you require, so when placing your order, please ensure you provide an address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.
You may return any items to us, no questions asked, within 7 days of receipt. All goods returned must be in the original packaging, free of any marks of use, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please ensure you fully complete the returns form enclosed with your order, ensuring that all information is fully completed so that your return can be promptly processed. If you require and Exchange, please follow the instructions on the returns form. If you require advice, please do not hesitate to call uis on 02392 299378.
Items returned without the original packaging, and/or in a condition that makes returned items unacceptable for resale, will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. To minimise the likelihood of a return, please ensure you check our size charts as carefully as possible.
Where items are deemed unacceptable by us for return, we will contact you in writing to advise of our reasons why this may be so. You will be required to make additional payment for the return of any item rejected by us. Refusal will result in your item being held in our quarantined return area until payment is made, or the item collected. We will hold such items for a maximum of 60 days, where after we will dispose of the items without compensation or refund.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you handle any items you receive with care until you are sure you wish to retain them.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, in order to ensure that your returns reach us safely, we do recommend using a registered form of post. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Refunds will be made within 30 days to the credit card or PayPal account you provided, less our postage costs, or, if paid by cheque, a cheque refund will be sent to you.
No refund will be made for postage, except where Black Eagle have shipped the wrong, or faulty item.
Returns outside of the 7-day period may be considered in certain circumstances; however, we may impose a re-inspection fee of 25% of the item(s) value.
We pride ourselves on supplying products of high quality, and therefore, in the unlikely event that you should receive a product of sub-standard quality, we will replace such items without hesitation, and free of any additional charges. We will also refund your postage costs upto a maximum of £4.75 for the return of such items.
If we deem that the items have not been used for their intended purpose, or that they have been subjected to practises for which they were not designed, then we reserve the right to refuse their return, and subsequently, any refund will not be made.
Please note, where goods of similar style are ordered for the purpose of gaining free carriage, and then return the item not required, customers will only receive a refund less our postage & packing costs, where the original order would have fallen below our £50 threshold. Similarly, we reserve the right to withold any carriage charges on any returned orders where the original order had incurred free carriage, except where goods are faulty.
Black Eagle cannot be responsible for items ordered that are the wrong size or incorrectly ordered. We will gladly exchange such goods, but the customer must pay our additional postage & packaging costs. Your attention is drawn to the requirement above regarding the return of items in original packaging etc.
A cheque, or further credit card payment will be required for £5.00 inclusive of VAT to cover handling and postage. Whilst we subsidise the post & packing cost of all orders, exchange items are charged at our actual postage and packaging costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights and we would like to draw your attention to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2002 which outlines your Consumer Rights.
Embroidered and Custom Printed Items
Please note, we cannot accept, under any circumstances, the return of any item that has been embroidered or custom printed. We will only accept a return if the item is faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: All items offered in our special section on sale are NON RETURNABLE, unless faulty.
All Business/Club/Trade accounts benefit from our trade pricing agreements, designed to offer such accounts the necessary profit margins to resell the products purchased. All such accounts are subject to our Business to Business terms and conditions (copy available upon request).
The main difference for all such B2B accounts are stated below:
Our returns policy above applies only to Retail Customers. All Business accounts, including Club and Trade accounts, are subject to our Business to Business terms of sale. Returns can only be accepted for exchange. Faulty items will be replaced in accordance with our general terms of product guarantee, or a credit voucher issued, no refunds will be given to any Business, Trade or Club Accounts.
Any items sold on Sale or Return are also subject to our returns policy for Business and Club accounts. Any items returned will be subject to re-inspection charges of up to 20% of the value of stock returned, and a Credit Voucher issued for future use against orders. No refund of monies will be made.
Cancellations of orders by Business, Trade or Club Accounts will only be accepted in writing. Such cancellations will not be refunded and a Credit Voucher will be issued for use against future purchases.
Customers may cancel orders at any time before they are despatched. Cancellation MUST be in writing, via post, email or fax. We cannot accept phone cancellations without a written confirmation.
